Terms anD CONDITIONS.

Please read the following "Terms and Conditions" carefully, as they contain important information. By making any booking, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to any bookings you make with us (in-person, over the phone, by email or social media).

Bookings/Refunds: 

  • Bookings must be made in advance. 

  • A non-refundable deposit of $50 per service is required to secure your booking.

  • Appointments with our nursing staff have a minimum fee of $100.

  • If you are deemed unsuitable for a treatment by your practitioner, deposit refunds will be made at our discretion. 

  • In the event you are unsatisfied with a treatment outcome we reserve the right not to refund or remedy. 

  • We do not refund for change of mind and or unrealistic expectations not being met. Results will be discussed in your consultation and the best treatment options will be carefully discussed with you prior to any treatment taking place. 

  • Consultations and post review treatments will remain free however cancellation within 12 hours of appointment or failure to show will result in a cancellation charge of $50.

Cancellations policy:

  • All bookings require a $50 non refundable deposit in order to secure the booking. Deposits are transferable ONE time if done 48 hours prior to booking. Deposits will be deducted off of your service total.

  • No cancellations or changes allowed within 48 hours of the appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours will result in a forfeit of the booking deposit or if no deposit was paid a $50 fee will be charged to your card on file.

  • Cancellations within 12 hours result in a total fee of $100 (deposits included in this fee).

Late arrivals & no shows:

  • Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame.

  • If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and you will be charged a total fee of $100 (deposits included in this fee).

Payments at time of service:

  • Treatment and procedures must be paid in full on the day of your appointment.

  • You are responsible for ensuring that payment is made for your account by either cash, Eftpos, credit card, or Afterpay.

  • Eftpos processing fees:

    • Physical cards 30c flat fee

    • Pay wave, apple pay & google wallet payments 1.65% surcharge

    • Afterpay 7% surcharge + 1.65% pay pass fee

  • If for any reason your chosen method of payment is declined, you may enter into a bank transfer payment agreement. You will be required to complete and sign a written agreement to pay by bank transfer.

Medical aesthetics and other treatments: 

  • Cosmetic procedures will only be performed after obtaining physical and written consent from the patient. Lips & Drips Aesthetics Lounge will provide a list of common side effects which are including but not limited to each individual treatment. 

  • Clients must be deemed medically fit and suitable for treatments, following a consultation with one of our staff members.

  • Pricing will be discussed during your consultation.

  • For legal reasons, the product names cannot be used in advertising. Please contact one of our injectors at our clinics for details.

  • It is the clients responsibility to carefully read and follow the pre and post instructions given to you before attending your appointment. 

  • Any event of an allergic or adverse reaction is a risk of every client and will be carefully treated. However the price discussed prior to procedure must be paid in full amount. 

Promotions & sales: 

  • Promotions and sales are not in conjunction with any other packages or offers. 

  • Promotions and sales not valid with the script fee. 

  • Promotions and sales not valid with services under $100 or products sold in store unless indicated otherwise. 

  • “10% off mailing list discount” promo will be sent to your email upon signing up. The code must be applied at time of booking. We are unable to apply this code at checkout.

  • “10% off mailing list discount” is not valid with every treatment. Some services are excluded. Please contact us for any clarification.

  • “10% off mailing list discount” is not valid with services under $100 or products sold in store.

  • “10% mailing list discount” is valid not valid with any other packages or offers

  • “10% mailing list discount” is limited to 1 per customer

Advertising:

  • All content shared on social media is for general informational purposes only.

  • Lips & Drips Aesthetics Lounge makes no representations of individual treatment outcomes and no guarantees are made you will achieve the same or similar result.

  • All medical procedures involves risks and must be deemed medically fit and suitable for treatment following a consultation with one of our practitioners.

Loyalty Program:

  • From December 2023 our loyalty program is digital.

  • All clients are entitled to join the free loyalty program from any participating clinic.

  • Upon purchasing a service, if you present a valid loyalty card you will be rewarded 10 points per visit. You cannot receive stamps for any previous purchases.

  • Loyalty card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

  • Loyalty cards cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or any other rewards.

  • You cannot sell or transfer your loyalty card to anyone else.

  • We reserve the right to terminate your loyalty program if we believe you have failed to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Referral program: 

  • To participate in the "refer a friend” referral program you must be an existing client. 

  • Our referral program is now digital and works in conjunction with our digital loyalty program.

  • Earn extra points towards your next reward when referring a new customer to our clinic using our loyalty program.

Gift cards: 

  • Gift cards are valid for 12 months from purchase and will no longer be redeemable after expiry.

  • Cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new gift voucher or replaced after expiry. 

  • Purchases exceeding the available balance will require the difference to be paid by other means.
